Thule Wanderway 4

The Thule Wanderway 4 consists of a Wanderway 2 (911002) along with a Wanderway 3rd bike adaptor (911602) and a Wanderway 4th bike adaptor (911702).

The main section of the Wanderway rear door mounted bike carrier is quick and easy to install being pre-assembled straight out of the box. Thule have designed this bike carrier for use with the popular Volkswagen Transporter T6. Featuring a raised mounting platform position that ensure the bike rack stays out of the way of both rear lights as well as the number plate making sure no lightboard is required. 

This bundle is designed to take the maximum 4 bikes that the Wanderway can take, however should you later wish to decrease the bike capacity this is possible by just using the carrier for 2 bikes or the carrier and 3rd bike adaptor for 3 bikes.

Adjustable wheel rails can be moved from right to left for the best positioning when loaded with bikes. The quick and simple pump buckles with wheel straps ensure the bike is secure from the base up. To secure the frame, detachable bike arms with lockable Acu-tight torque limiter knobs that click when optimal torque is reached ensure the frame is protected and secure. The 4th bike adaptor uses a frame to frame bike arm attaching the 3rd and 4th bikes together. The locks included with the Thule Wanderway 4 bike carrier lock the bikes to the bike rack. 

When not in use the Thule Wanderway 4 base platform can fold up vertically towards the rear of the VW Transporter T6. When unloaded (free from bikes), Thule have made it possible to still open the rear door for boot access.
